Safety Features
A safety area is set around the robot, and all operations are paused when an object is detected within the area during robot arm operation.
Areas are visualized and shown using red and green lasers.
LiDAR
There is a front lidar and a rear lidar, and the detection range of the two lidar is combined to detect a 360-degree range.
Safety area setting
Since lidar’s detection range is very wide, a safety area is set aside to narrow the range.
Set the robot to react only when an object is detected inside the safety area.
Safety area visualization
When a safety area is visible, pedestrians can first recognize and act on it.
